About the Role
We are looking for an experienced iOS Engineer to join the team building vouch, a sophisticated mobile platform for generating cryptographic proofs of TLS (Transport Layer Security) connections.
The vouch android application integrates native Rust libraries for advanced cryptographic operations and communicates with backend APIs to securely notarize web interactions. This role sits at the intersection of mobile engineering, security, and applied cryptography.
As an iOS Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of the vouch iOS app: a mobile product focused on data and identity verification.
- Implement and refine new features for the application and SDK
- Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to shape UX and API integration.
- Ensure high performance and smooth operation across various iOS devices.
- Monitor app health, resolve bugs, and regularly release updates.
- Actively shape the direction of the mobile product based on user feedback and business goals.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in native iOS development using Swift and either SwiftUI or UIKit.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and app lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of mobile architecture and decisions.
- A strong product mindset and an eye for great UX.
- Good written and spoken English for day-to-day async communication.
